1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing randomvideomatch.com or any CamMatch service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CamMatch.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CamMatch. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

If you are under 18, you are not permitted to access or use CamMatch. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their minor children's internet use. If you believe a minor is using CamMatch, please report it to [email protected] immediately.

3. Description of Service

CamMatch provides a platform for random peer-to-peer video chat connections between users. The service is provided "as-is" and features may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

CamMatch is free to use. We reserve the right to introduce premium features in the future, but the core random video matching functionality will remain free.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use CamMatch to:

• Expose minors to sexual content or engage in any communication of a sexual nature with or in the presence of minors
• Share, display, or transmit any sexually explicit material involving minors (child sexual abuse material — CSAM)
• Harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, or abuse other users
• Transmit nudity, sexually explicit conduct, or graphic violence in public or unfiltered sessions
• Record or screenshot other users without their explicit consent
• Share the personal information of other users without their consent (doxxing)
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in scams, fraud, or phishing
• Use automated means (bots, scripts) to access or interact with the service
• Attempt to circumvent moderation systems, age gates, or geographic restrictions
• Use the service to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you transmit through CamMatch. However, by using the service, you grant CamMatch a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your content to the limited extent necessary to provide the service (such as relay routing for TURN connections).

You represent and warrant that any content you share through CamMatch:

• Does not violate any applicable law
• Does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Does not contain material that violates these Terms

6. Moderation and Enforcement

CamMatch employs automated systems and human review to detect and prevent violations of these Terms. We reserve the right to:

• Terminate or suspend access without notice for violations of these Terms
• Block IP addresses or device identifiers associated with abusive behavior
• Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
• Report illegal content and activity to relevant authorities

Moderation decisions are at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to provide a reason for enforcement actions.

7. Intellectual Property

The CamMatch name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to CamMatch. You may not use, reproduce, or modify these materials without prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to CamMatch's intellectual property except as necessary to use the service as intended.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users on the platform. Use CamMatch at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CAMMATCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed USD $100 or the amount you paid to CamMatch in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CamMatch and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using CamMatch at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue in effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as determined by applicable law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, by displaying a notice on the site. Continued use of CamMatch after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
